I’m getting this error in the SEO analysis:
The www and non-www versions of your URL are not redirected to the same site.
The full section is here: https://prnt.sc/u45ygvThe site host has assured me that everything is routed correctly and have used their own analysis tools to confirm that.
Thank you

Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Your web host doesn’t seem to be providing you the correct information.
You can verify this on your own by checking each variation of your website and see if one of them gets redirected to the other.
We checked using a 3rd party tool and seems like the redirect is not taking place:
and
With that said, please feel free to ignore the failed test in Rank Math if you trust your web host is already handling it.
Hope that helps.
I’m confused – your screen shot shows two screens that are identical. Both of them analyze the https:www/ address prefix and both show the same result. Could you highlight or otherwise indicate the difference? Where can I find the tool you showed?
I tried the following address prefixes and everything resolved to the https://www prfefix. If you can’t point me to another tool could you demonstrate what way of addressing the site resolves to anything other than https://www because I can’t get that result.
I tried
http://site.com
http://www.site.com
https://site.com
https://www.site.com
http://www.site.com
site.comEverything above returned https://www.site.com. What way are you finding that you claim does not resolve correctly?
Thanks

Sorry, I’m having trouble getting the posts correct. I did find a problem. See this screen shot:
https://prnt.sc/u4kpc9Additional Information:
RankMath Plugin for WordPress says the URL Resolve is not correct.
but WooRank Chrome SEO plugin says they are fine. See the two pictures in the referenced image.Any ideas what is causing this?
More information.
I found the same tool you used and found something that doesn’t look right. All possible addressing method resolve to https://www except one:
Hi James,
That is my bad, really. Looks like I pasted the same link twice.
This is the other screenshot I meant to share:
Checking the URLs again, I see both the versions are now correctly pointing to your www variation of the domain.
This is the tool I had used and seems like you found it already:
http://www.redirect-checker.org/index.phpPlease run the SEO Analysis once again. If you see the same results, please delete the SEO Analysis data first from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Database Tools.
About the missing OpenGraph tags, it looks like you are also using another plugin to add those:
Blog2Social
According to Facebook, there are some missing tags too but checking your page source – there are no missing OpenGraph tags which means that you are using a gzip cache mechanism on your website due to which those tags cannot be detected.
Please disable the gzip cache and then try again. This is a known issue with gZip browser cache.
Hello,
And I think using the redirect checker https://domain.com should redirect to https://www.domain.com – shouldn’t it?
Yes, that should be done.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Yes please take a look. I have updated the sensitive data information
Final note.
This subject can be closed. The site host as added necessary 301 redirects so that the address is resolved to the https://www prefix no matter how you address the site and this has been confirmed by Rank Math as well as independent tools. Thanks for all help on this.
