Same question.
Did you find out what was wrong?
Anyone here to help?
Still no help 🙁
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for the unexpected delays and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you confirm if you’re using a page builder to create your content? If yes, please let us know the name of the page builder.
Also, please share some screenshot of the editor where Rank Math can’t properly read the wordcount so we can identify the issue and provide solution accordingly.
Looking forward to helping you on this one.
Started a new post and Rankmath is telling me I have content and links on the page when I have not put anything on it.
Hello,
Please share the affected URL so we can further check the word count. You may share the URL in the Sensitive Data section.
Also, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I contacted thrive they checked and said to contact you.
Thrive Architect is the problem..
Hello,
It seems you have marked this ticket as resolved. Can you please confirm if the issue has been addressed?
The content analysis tests fail using Thrive theme/builder but it does not affect your SEO or rankings.
The SEO score is an internal metric to give you a to-do list of things you can do to optimize your website.
Apart from that teeny-tiny thing, everything else should work just fine. Even for that issue, we have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.
You would need to contact the developer of the theme you mentioned by showing the following link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/Many known companies have already added the compatibility, as it takes a few hours:
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/divi/
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/elementor/
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/themify-builder/
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/page-builder-framework/
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/flothemes/I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.
Yes I contacted thrive themes to report the issue I found and they said will will be fixed in the next release. They blamed Rankmath first of course 🙁
Hello,
Hope that this issue be fixed by thrive themes soon.
Meanwhile, if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
