Wrong variable loads on snippet preview

    Hey guys, I’m new to RankMath and, upon setting it up for some clients, noticed the Preview Snippet Editor mistakenly shows the post name instead of the author. Already cleaned cache and saw it shows OK in the real Google Snippet.

    For example:

    %title% – by %name% %sep% %sitename%

    Shows: Title – by Title – Sitename

    Should be: Title – by Author – Sitename

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I have been able to replicate this. The issue is only affecting the preview but if you check the page in front end or test with a tool such as https://www.heymeta.com/ it shows correctly.

    I have alerted the dev team to look into this further.
