Could you please install the glue plugin from WPML (if not yet) that helps integrate SEO plugins and then report back if the issue still persists?

Thank you for your quick reply, I have installed the glue plugin from wpml but it does not erase or change the URL in question so I have still to fix that sitemap states https://mujeresconclase.com/en/ instead of now: https://mujeresconclase.com/en/mujeresconclase-escort-agency-in-malaga/
Also, there are 4 URLs in the sitemap which returns a 404 because the pages in question have been erased but do still show up on the sitemap.

Can you please follow the steps below and see if refreshing the sitemap helps you with your issue?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
