Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
That is happening on the backend because you have set the settings of the permalink to be the full name with spaces, but then after the page renders WordPress is smart enough to understand that and change the space to the dash to load the page correctly.
This is the expected behavior since those are the settings you have chosen for the author page.
