Wrong Subscription and no invoice

    I was additionally billed for Content AI Starter, which I never ordered and don’t need. Furthermore, I can’t see my active subscription in my account or download an invoice. Please read the additional information under “Sensitive Data.”

    Dear Rank Math Team,
    I got Rank Math Pro, the cheapest package, for $7 a month. I’ve been debited twice: once on April 11th for $82.11, okay, and once on April 26th for another $71.26 for “Content AI Starter.”

    I don’t need Content AI Starter and was never informed or asked whether I wanted to add it for a fee, i really dont need it.

    I’m requesting a chargeback and cancellation. Unfortunately, I can’t see any active subscriptions, haven’t received an invoice, and can’t download them anywhere in my account, it seems to have no active subscription.

    My PayPal account, which was debited, is i***@j**************. Please help me resolve this problem.

    Your subscription was purchased using the mentioned Paypal account but it was done under your other Rank Math account with the email address [see Sensitive Data section].

    It seems the Content AI has already been refunded.

    Please login to the account we mentioned so you can view the invoice in your account page.

    If you want us to merge your account to avoid confusion, let us know which email address you wish to keep and we’ll merge them for you.

    you can close – if you want – the second account “info@” there are also no connectet websites anymore.

    The only problem I still have is that I’ve now connected both websites (neptun.one and lebenstraum-auswandern) under the correct account, but the second website doesn’t show that it’s also using the Pro plugin. The first website has a “Pro” flag in the overview.

    Even in WordPress itself, I have the option to add Lebenstraum-auswandern to the Pro plan, although the website should already have the Pro plugin.

    Both websites are listed in the correct account in the overview under “Websites,” if you could take a look. I also reinstalled the plugin and reconnected/logged in…

    The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work. Kindly go to https://rankmath.com/my-account/ and download, install, and activate the PRO version in addition to the Basic version if you have not done that.
