Hi,
I am using WPML with 2 languages (Finnish as default with .net domain, English as second with .com domain, it is on the same WP, not multisite)When I try to save Redirections in Rankmath, I get a blank page and get redirected to url mydomain/wp-admin/admin-post.php I read in your discussion forum that someone had a maybe similar problem with Polylang so I am guessing this is because of 2 languages on same site.
Would you please guide me?

sorry, the title was wrong! It should be “Redirections not being saved”
Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Re-create Table” to re-create database tables that might be missing.
If that doesn’t help, Please check if PHP values are not too low to handle the saving process.
You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server
If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M Max input time: 150 PHP time limit: 120 PHP max input variables: 1000Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you for the response.
Parameters for the server are:
PHP max input variables 3500
PHP time limit 300
PHP memory limit 1024M
Max input time 300I did recreate the database tables for RankMath.
I’m sorry but the situation is exactly the same. I use Cloudflare if that is important here.
I dont get any errors or warnings on this to debug, log or woocommerce status logs.
This looks a bit like this issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unable-to-edit-pages-always-redirected-to-wp-admin-post-php-2/
but I don’t use polylang, I’m using WPML and locotranslate for those that can’t wpml.In WPML settings I have different domain for other language. I am not trying to redirect from language to another, but from a subdomain to an existing page. But the same admin-post page comes whatever redirect I try to save.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.</span>
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I tried to log in to your site but the firewall is blocking the access:
Please disable the firewall so we can check this further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
Hi, sorry about that – I have blocked a few countries to slow down the bots attacking.
I took the restrictions down now, please check if you can access.Hello,
I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on your site. I created a redirection and it was saved without any issues:
The blank page issue usually occurs when you enter the complete URL in the source field. You only have to enter the part after the homepage URL. For example, if you want to redirect
yourdomain.com/test, then you only have to enter thetestin the source field. Please check on your end and let us know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your update.
Thanks.
Thank you for the test! I did not realize you don’t write the whole url to the source.
Maybe that is the problem I have.
I managed to create a test like: https://prnt.sc/X2VFjChQUl56What I actually need is to redirect a subdomain to a page.
It seems if I put the whole subdomain name to source field and use “Exact” setting, it goes to blank page.
I can save it if i write only test.villeriina.net and “Contains” but the redirection does not work, it does not go to the target page (I checked target page is ok with other source url than subdomain). Is there a restriction that I can’t redirect subdomains?
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
Unfortunately, our redirection module doesn’t support redirecting the homepage URL of domains or subdomains.
In this case, you may need to use
.htaccessredirects or some other plugin that supports this.I hope that helps.
Thank you.
oh, thank you, that explains it. I thought I was going mad with this one on why some work and some not.
Hello,
