Wrong Schema Showing on SERPs

    Hi Guys,

    Thanks for your amazing work. My client’s website suddenly started showing review snippets from March 2019. Inside the plugin the set up is only under Service, not Product. But in Google Search Console there are errors as Google is trying to find the product fields. As much as I would love this, I know it’s not accurate and feel it may be affecting rankings for the pages that do have it. That’s the other thing, not all pages have it, but all pages are set as Service as the Schema type.

    I have checked your site and the product schema doesn’t appear to be generated by Rank math.

    You can disable your plugins to check for the plugin generating the schema. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    OK, maybe it’s Google issue. I don’t have any other schema plugins installed. I only have Rich Snippets installed, but that’s by Rank Math. Would that be the issue you think?

    I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I have been checking your site, the cause of the product schema is coming from the google reviews you have attached to your reviews page. The schema is being added to your service page through the reviews link you have added on the page here:
