    Hi there,

    My Rank Math Pro subscription has just expired and when I checked the prices, I was offered to renew the Rank Math Pro plan for $69/year. However, when clicking on the payment link, I was presented for the basic price (minus 11 %).

    Furthermore, when trying to update Rank Math Pro on the WordPress Dashboard, it fails with this message: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    In my browser, I also downloaded the SEO by Rank Math file, which is strange since I never download local files for WordPress.

    Furthermore, I’m trying to delete an expired credit card from my account, but I’m not allowed to do so because it’s “tied to an active subscription”, which it cannot be since it’s expired.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

    The discounted price has been applied to the subscription, but the payment isn’t going through.

    You won’t be able to update the PRO plugin since your PRO subscription is on hold. You will have to change the card tied to your Rank Math and Content AI subscriptions to be able to remove the expired card. Please follow this guide to do that: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-change-payment-method/#update-payment-method

    If you’re not sure, please confirm the last four digits of the card you want to keep and the one you want to remove so we can do that for you.

    It seems to work now; however, I did it the same way two days ago, but wasn’t able to remove the expired credit card. Furthermore, the Fastspring service could not change my new credit card to a Standard card.

    Anyway, it’s working now and thanks for your help.
