If you recently changed your permalinks, you may need to wait for Google to recrawl your website to show the updated links on the search results.
However, if the URL/s on Google search results are getting a 404 error, you can redirect them using Rank Math’s redirection module. You can check this link for more information:

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
