    Hello

    I’m getting weird or wrong keyword suggestions by your AI. Per example keyword: knee-ligament-acl-surgery-in-germany and what I’m getting is: dog torn acl surgery cost, dog acl symptoms. This site has nothing to do with DOGS!!

    Also sometimes I’m getting keyword suggestions for USA.

    My business is located in MUnich – Germany. My customers are coming from worldwide. And yes also from the US. But why should I set a keyword “best hospitals in the USA”???? Doesn’t make sense as I want them to come over to Germany.

    I hope you can help to figure out what’S going wring here.

    Content AI suggests the keywords and other suggestions based on the top ranking pages for your researched keyword. If you check the related searches in Google for your keyword, you will see the keywords related to the dog torn acl and dog torn surgery:

    And if you want to get the suggestions specific to Germany, you should set the country as Germany in Content AI:
