I purchased a “Pro” subscription and during the order process I entered the wrong E-Mail address. Now I did not receive my log in details. I payed the order with my PayPal Account (transaction number 84036762971090607, transaction date 20.03.2021 11:18:02 MEZ, E-Mail m************@g*****).
Could you please transfer the subscription from m*******@e************ (wrong address) to m*******@e************* (correct address)?Thank you.
