That shortcode is specific to Yoast SEO to show the breadcrumbs data so you would need to replace that with our own shortcode [rank_math_breadcrumb] manually.

The Yoast shortcode could be possibly inserted into one of your theme files (header.php or single.php or functions.php) as they have instructed in this link.
If you have found the code from one of those files, you can replace it with Rank Math’s breadcrumbs code:
