    Thank you for contacting us for help with WPML translated category page index settings.

    Please install and activate the WPML SEO glue plugin. You can check this article for how to do that: https://wpml.org/compatibility/2021/04/wpml-seo-plugin-better-integration-with-seo-plugins/

    Next, from your WordPress dashboard navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save Changes” without making any changes. This will refresh the index setting. Check your category page to see if the index settings are correct now.

    Hello,

    I was able to check that all the product categories in the English version have zero products applied to them. Our plugin has an option to Noindex the empty category archives and that’s why the categories were set as Noindex.

    I have disabled the Noindex Empty Category and Tag Archives from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > General and now the categories are set as Index.
