Upon inspecting your website I didn’t notice any issue with the setting. I believe that you are making a little bit of confusion here. That setting removes the product base, and that is currently set up as producto for Spanish and product for English.
However, that does not remove the product category base which currently is set up as comprar for Spanish and products for English. That’s what you are seeing and I believe that’s what is causing the confusion here.
As far as Rank Math is concerned everything seems to be working as expected.

As my colleague explained, this might be happening because your site’s main language is in Spanish and the permalink structure is listed as /producto/ and not /product/. That is why the English version is not redirecting.
