I’ve checked your site and got the error in the French Language for your category archive pages. In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Thanks for getting back to us.
In order to fix this issue we had to disable the option to “Remove parent slugs” from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce.
Now you can browse the categories in both languages and switch from English to French and vice-versa easily.
