I’ve removed the URLs from the ticket as requested. However, the links on your staging site require a username and password to access.
Meanwhile, Rank Math only handles the main language of the website, the hreflang tags are added by the translation plugin. Upon further checking it seems that it is not possible to remove the tag from specific pages (noindex) like their team mentioned here:

You can get in touch with them as well to confirm if this is still the case on their plugin.

I have updated the sensitive data with access details. Can you please check further? This issue is not happening with yoast applying the same configuration so it seems to be an issue related to rankmath.

It seems that even disabling Rank Math, the hreflang is still being generated (robots is also set to noindex as well).
In addition to that, I tried switching to Yoast the hreflang is also showing even the robots is set to noindex as you can see in my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
You may need to check this one with WPML as they may be able to resolve your issue.

As mentioned by my colleague here, our plugin doesn’t handle the hreflang tags as we let the translation plugins to do it instead.
