    Rank Math pro

    Hi!

I made good experiences with Rank Math but had a severe problem with my website these days (www.spanish-elzonte.com).
The wpgc_actionscheduler_logs table was constantly being populated (it had over 29 000 000 rows and was over 3 GB in size) and the database exceeded the limitations of what my provider had imposed in terms of database size.

    The entries were like this:
    35.208.253.78 – – [12/Oct/2020:04:50:06 -0500] “POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=as_async_request_queue_runner&nonce=a54719cc71 HTTP/1.0” 504 247 “https://spanish-elzonte.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=as_async_request_queue_runner&nonce=a54719cc71” “WordPress/5.5.1; https://spanish-elzonte.com”

My provider recommend me to contact you to see if the ActionScheduler settings can be adjusted to avoid this.

Let’s help you can help me so I can keep using Rank Math!

  • Hello

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
