1. Please add the priceCurrency field in the product Schema to fix the issue:
2. We cannot pick the price automatically when using the product Schema in posts/pages/CPTs. You can use a filter if you wish to do that:

3. Please add featured image to your post/product/CPT and then that will show up as your product image.

1. Please add the priceCurrency field in the product Schema to fix the issue: I added the same manually for a post type by editing the post type but doing it for individual posts would be a tedious task.

For point 3, the plugin uses a galley approach. So is it possible again to use some code snipped to make first image from gallery for that post as featured image so that the same goes for product schema?

Adding featured images automatically is not a feature in Rank Math. I can however suggest that you check this link on the sameauto-featured-image
