WP plugin: User Switching causing database error in Rank Math

    Hello.

    I just installed a plugin that I’ve used on other websites called, “User Switching”.

    When I went to switch, an error message appeared via the plugin, “Query Monitor”. A screenshot is attached below.

    The error went away once I switched back (immediately).

    I want to be able to use “User Switching” as it makes website development easier from a workflow perspective.

    Please advise.

    Hello again.

    I realized after I sent this ticket that it was posted on a forum. It contains quite a bit of sensitive information, from the message text to the image. I thought that this ticket system was similar to the ones that I’m used to whereby the info was viewable only internally at the company.

    I don’t want this information to be available to anyone outside of Rank Math.

    Please advise.

    Thank you for contacting support.

    It seems that some database tables from our plugin were not created properly. To get around this issue you need to follow the steps here: https://rankmath.com/kb/recreate-missing-database-tables/

    After that, you can verify that the tables are created by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Status & Tools > System Status > Rank Math.

    We also removed the image containing information about the website.
