Hello Support Team,
First of all, I love RankMath!
However, I’m running into the following issue:
I’m using the Profile Builder plugin (https://www.cozmoslabs.com/wordpress-profile-builder/) to create custom login/logout/register pages.
I want to redirect the following urls to other pages:
wp-login.php
wp-login.php?loggedout=true
wp-login.php?action=logoutHowever, this doesn’t work for some reason with RankMath’s redirection manager. Other (non .php) redirects work fine, and I’ve double checked my config, the documentation, and other support tickets, but I can’t figure out why it’s not working.
Is it a bug or a feature?
As a workaround, I’m currently using the 301 redirect plugin for these specific redirects. That seems to work fine.
But I’d prefer to use only RankMath to be honest.
I did find this other support ticket that mentions you don’t support query strings:
https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/301-redirect-not-working/
.. so I guess that’s why the redirects with a query don’t work –
1) But why isn’t that supported in RankMath, but is supported in the 301 redirects plugin?
2) Will urls with a query be supported in the future?
3) And why is the wp-login.php not working, since there’s no query string in that url? Thanks!
Kind regards,
Raoul
