    Rank Math loads very slowly and sometimes deletes the keyword and other information. Here is a copy of the error log:

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I checked your site and the issue isn’t with Rank Math. Rank Math’s content analysis uses JavaScript that loads only after the page have loaded completely. Your post-editing page takes a long time to load and that’s why the Rank Math meta box shows no title or description until the page loading is completed.

    I also checked in the troubleshooting mode even when Rank Math is deactivated, it is taking too much time to load. The issue seems to be with your theme. If you switch to a default theme then it works just fine. But even with all the plugins deactivated and it is taking too much time to load the post editor. Please check the screencast that I have attached in the sensitive data section.

    Please check if there are any such settings you have made that are causing this issue or you can contact the support team of Divi and they will be able to figure out the cause and resolve the issue.
