Our plugin can read the content from the default modules of the WPBakery builder.
However, could you please confirm if you’re using WPBakery custom blocks on your website to add the content to your page?
We have asked since some themes use their custom modules in the builder, and our plugin won’t be able to detect the content from those.
If so, it may require you to apply our API as currently, we are not able to access the content generated by custom blocks: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
