WordPress technical problem with plugin

    Hi,
    I have installed Rank Math and published my website, as soon as i did it i received an e-mail from wp claiming there was a fatal error with your plugin and my site may have problems. I checked and I can log in, I see everything as designed and nothing is wrong but they still send me notification about it.
    I can see an alert in my backend RankMath>Status and tools ( https://imgur.com/a/9g2HjEy )

    How do I fix this?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The error log you shared is originating because our plugin is not able to retrieve the contents of the debug file on your website.

    To retrieve this we make use of the function get_contents_array() and pass the log file path but on your website, this is returning false, which means that it can’t find the log file.

    This won’t cause any issue with SEO and the only thing that this does is the impossibility of checking the log file from within our plugin.

    Hi,
    I should have fixed a problem with the LOG ERROR/ Debug file with my host but I still get the notice of Fatal Error and WP sends me notification every day about it.
    It should find and pass the log file now?

    Hello,

    The issue most likely occurring due to the error log’s folder placement. As the value is returning false, instead of an array of data, the system fails and due to that, neither WP filesystem or Rank Math can read it on your site.

    Since we can’t fix issues in the PHP configuration, I’d suggest you to get in touch with your hosting provider in order to fix this issue.
