Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes, it seems like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Hi Michael,
I have all up to dated plugins and themes also I have new version of wordpress and when plugin is showing all green tickets also I have had deactivated all plugins and tried it .
I also changed theme with default wordpress theme.But still I have same issue.
The main problem is that wordpress is not showing any error even I have debug mode true.
Also There is no error log for this blank screen.Any help will be appreciated

Sorry for the issue you are facing.
We have logged into your site and tesed the issue for you.
This issue seem to be coming from a Third party plugin you are using.
As we have logged into your site and tested that. We can not even enable the troubleshoot mode to test.
Then we deactivated the Rank Math plugin and tried to enable the Troubleshoot mode but still we can not enable that on your site. Seems one or more of your plugins are blocking that feature.
Can you please deactivate your plugins one by one and check that?
Once the troubleshoot feature starts working, we can test the plugin’s issue for you.

I have done all the things you have mentioned above, I have had changed the theme to default one ie twentysixteen, then I deactivated all plugins and only have rank math but still no work.
I have running the website in host gator web hosting is this can effect the functionality of your plugin may be hosting is not allowing this plugin?
I have correct version of php and also for wordpress and the main this is that I am not able to reproduce the error even though I have trun debug mode true nor I am getting any server error log.
I would really like this plugin and it is working well for me for other websites but for this website I am not able to connect it.
