If there’s no plan to include an option in Rank Math to disable the native sitemap, can I use the filter above without affecting the current Rank Math sitemap?

Yes, we are already working on it. In fact, in the latest beta version, we already added the function to disable it so there is no conflict with the Rank Math’s sitemaps.
