In the picture you shared I only see warnings (nothing dangerous to your site) and only related to your Autoptimize plugin (it seems it has sometimes troubles opening some files).

Could you please let me know on how to fix those errors please.
BTW, I am not using Autoptimize plugin on my website now.
If it is not doing any harm hopefully there should be some wp plugin which helps clear errors log.
Could you please suggest one which is reliable.
Wp-optimize isn’t addressing this issue. optimized database many times too.

The errors were reported on 11th August, which is likely a day when you still had autoptimize plugin installed o your site. Since you no longer have the plugin, you can safely clear the error log on your site. If you no longer want the errors to be reported, you should also disable WP_debug in your WP-Config. If you don’t know how to, please get in touch with your host to help you with this.
Please note that neither the errors reported or the reporting is done Rank math. Rank math only displays the errors as the are in the WordPress error log and only if WP_Debug is set to true.
