WordPress database error Commands out of sync

    I tried to update all the plugins and themes.

    The update process struck and found the below error in error_log file.

    – The website is down
    – Not able to login to dashboard
    – deactivated all the plugins through Database (phpmyadmin)
    – There is no other error

    WordPress database error Commands out of sync; you can’t run this command now for query SELECT autoload FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = ‘rank_math_notifications’ made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action(‘shutdown’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, MyThemeShop\Notification_Center->update_storage, delete_option

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please try deleting the rank_math_notifications option from the wp_options table and clear the Transients by clicking on the Remove Transients button in Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Data Base Tools >> Remove Rank Math Transients section.

    That should fix the error.
