I think I have found the issue. Plugin Create And Assign Categories For Pages appears to be the culprit. Functionality restored.

Now am facing this issue:LOGIN BLOCKED: 2FA is required to be active on all administrator accounts.
Could you please disable this feature temporarily to allow us to login and look into this issue.

Hi Michael, many thanks, apologies about the 2FA. You should have been allowed in. However, the problem is now resolved! “Create And Assign Categories For Pages” was the culprit.
