Word Press connection with RankMath

To resolve the disconnection issue, please follow these steps:

1. Disconnect Your Account: Go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help in your WordPress admin area. If it shows as connected, choose Disconnect Account.
   

2. Reconnect Your Account: After disconnecting, click the Connect Now button on the same page.
   

3. Select the Correct Account: Ensure you select the correct Rank Math account associated with your PRO license and click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.
   

4. Check Connection Status: Once reconnected, check the Help page again to see if it shows as connected.

Regarding the General Settings → Analytics menu option, this is available only in the Advanced Mode of Rank Math. If you do not see this option, you may need to switch from Easy Mode to Advanced Mode. You can find instructions on how to do this in our documentation here.

Please confirm that the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are the same in WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General. Both need to be the same for the Plugin to function smoothly.

If they were the same, then add this filter to your website:

/**
* Filter whether we need to check for URL mismatch or not.
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/registration/do_url_check', '__return_false' );

Once done, please clear your website’s cache, and reconnect your Rank Math account one more time.

The available features showing in Rank Math are the Dashboard and Status & Tools.

Could you please confirm if you’re using a multisite setup/environment for that website?

If not, please try reinstalling the Rank Math plugin and complete the Setup Wizard.
