Currently, Rank Math or any other SEO plugin is not able to detect the correct word count for the Chinese language. Therefore you are seeing an incorrect word count in the content analysis.
So you can simply ignore the test as the SEO score is only for your reference and will not affect your site’s SEO performance. Web crawlers will be able to detect the correct word count and that’s what matters. You can also disable the test by using the following filter on your site:https://rankmath.com/kb/disable-seo-content-tests/#length-of-the-content
