Hello, I’m testing the van plugin, I like everything, the only problem is that when the plugin is enabled, Woocommerce gives an error, which can be seen in the image:

The error appears only in the section “SEO TITLES & META”The error appears only in the section “SEO TITLES & META”
Manipulation in Database-tools,switch to standard theme and reinstalling plugins do not help…
Rollback to Previous Version does not work, always stays on the latest version

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Thank you for bearing with us while we troubleshoot the issue on your website.

The issue is likely caused by the sheer amount of product attributes archives you have on your website and this is exhausting the server resources before there’s time to save all the settings.

When we try to save the settings we get a 403 – Forbidden error from the server and the payload contains a huge amount of data because you have the product attributes set to be displayed in the archives.

I would recommend that you look into disabling the product attributes from appearing in the archives to try and reduce the load on the server when saving those settings.

Hope this helps solve your issue.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you require any further assistance.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

    Thank you.
