    Hi

I have noindexed products from the setting option but it is still getting indexed. Rankmath is not able to add noindex to the products (Woocommerce store).

This was the issue before too. How do I fix it?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Could you confirm if you also modified the robots meta settings from the Advanced tab of the SEO Meta box, individually on the product page?

The settings present on individual pages take precedence over the global settings, and thus even if the global settings are set as noindex, if you manually set the robots meta settings to index in the product page, the page would be set as index.

However, if that’s not the case, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
