Can I turn it off altogether?
Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
Rank Math automatically converts your WooCommerce product’s information into Schema-ready content. Many of the details that you add to the Product are used in the WooCommerce Product schema, like Brand, SKU, GTIN, etc. Also, the reviews that the users leave on your product are automatically added to the schema data.
For more details, please refer to these tutorial guides:
https://rankmath.com/kb/woocommerce-product-schema/
https://rankmath.com/blog/woocommerce-seo/
Even if you disable this markup in the metadata section, it will still remain.
Could you please confirm whether you removed the schema by editing the Product and then delete the schema from Rank Math’s SEO Meta Box > Schema tab? https://i.rankmath.com/HBMez9
Can I turn it off altogether?
You can easily disable the WooCommerce product schema by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products > Schema Type and set this to none. https://i.rankmath.com/tdRio0
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
After disconnecting from the markup in the admin, the schematic is still visible. Check it out in the test store!
Hello,
Thanks for getting back.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
No, I’m not ready to grant access. Test in a test store. It does not take much time.
How can I disable it not from the admin panel, but through a child theme?
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
We respect your decision not to provide the website logins.
If you’ve already set the schema type to none, then it should not be displayed on the front end.
I tested this on my end and found it to be working without any issues. Please have a look at this screencast for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/FHOpta
If you’re still facing the issues, then please try clearing your website’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
Please let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
