I can check that you have manually added the title in the SEO title field of the meta box:
Since you have added a title there, the global title will not be used. You will have to remove the title from the meta box if you want to use the global title.
And the Artiss is being shown in the title of the product where you have selected it as the brand:

Sorry its got confusing .
So as u suggested brands were not there hence i created a brand Artiss.
Secondly then i allocated the products to that brand so that is fine .
The query here is about individual product page for example.https://dealsplace.com.au/product/artiss-avio-bed-frame-fabric-storage-drawers-charcoal-queen/
when u type this in the browser on the top its not showing the title so for test purposes i just used a brand name and site title to see if it displays but it doesnt .
Maybe u have to spoon feed me , can u please share or implement for me so the product title comes as%wc_brand% %wc_shortdesc% %categories(limit=3&separator= | &exclude=12,23)%

As I have mentioned before that bing and google are having issues with site map indexing.
Till now bing has not accepted our sitemaps.
Today I have been advised by Pinterest of the following error.
Issue Description What to do
143 Your data source couldn’t be validated because your xml file is formatted incorrectly Check for any formatting errors in your xml file (missing end tags, invalid characters, etc.) and correct them before your next update
There is no point doing SEO if ur data is not gona get indexed.
I will appreciate it if u can u look into this matter.

I can check that your sitemap is validating fine:
The only issue with your sitemap is that both WWW and non-WWW versions of your sitemap are returning a 200 status while only one version should and the rest of the versions should redirect to it.
Please follow this guide to redirect all the versions of your sitemap to the non-WWW version https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-5-3-decide-which-version-www-vs-non-www-you-want-to-use
Once done, resubmit the sitemap and the issue should be resolved after that.
