Change this:
product-category
To
store
Then, don’t enable the option Remove category base in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce.

We have done this and still does not work, for instance:

Returns the: This page could not be found!
Showing no Shirts, and the very same if removing /shirts/ the /clothing/ full link also returns the notice.
Please advise.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
Your permalink configuration contains a conflict since you have set the product category base to /store/ and the product base to /store/%category%.
Changing the product base to /shop/ seems to fix this conflict and categories now work as expected. You can change the /shop/ to another unique base.
