Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I checked your WooCommerce URL slug settings, and I found that you have now disabled those options. However, upon turning them on, they are working fine as they should.
Can you please specify any URL in particular that is redirecting to the homepage from the search results?
Looking forward to helping you.
The issue was not that it was working. It does work once you turn on the WooCommerce URL slug settings. The issue is anytime i search for something on google a my site pops up, it rather directs me to the homepage and not the old page with the new url.
As stated in my first ticket, i even tried to manually redirect pages to the new url but then still once you search on google my my site appears it redirects you to the homepage even after adding the new url as a redirect.
Help !a
Hi. All my categories are now redirecting to the homepage. Its been like this for hours now. Any update ?
Hello,
It seems like the login link you have created for us, has expired. Please reactivate the link or create a new login link so we can investigate this further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.

Hello,
I checked and figured out that when you enable the Remove Parent Slugs option, the old structure with the parent slug in it doesn’t automatically redirect to the new one.
However, if you only enable the Remove Category Base then the old structure with the category base redirects to the new one without any issues. So you can keep the Remove Parent Slugs option disabled to get your search results links to the category page.
Or if you want to remove the parent slugs then you will have to manually add the redirects. Here is an example for the redirect to add for the electronics category:
Source: electronics/(.*)
Match: Regex
Destination: https://www.niamapa.com/$1
You will have to add redirections like this for each parent category.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
Thanks.
Thanks alot. I manually added it and noticed it worked perfectly. But then a little concern i have is, will my sitemap generated by rankmath automatically update to the new url and also do i have to resubmit it to google search console?
Hello,
The sitemaps should update automatically to the new URL structure.
In case they don’t, please follow these steps:
1. Flush the sitemap by following this tutorial: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Make sure that you exclude your sitemap from being cached by following this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After completing these your sitemap should be showing all the posts/pages/products correctly.
Let us know if that fixes the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
