Could you please confirm if you’re referring to the Remove category base option in Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce?
If so, you don’t have to create a redirect if you have enabled that option. Please see this screencast:

Thanks for getting back.
If you enable the Remove Category Base option then Rank Math removes the category base. It doesn’t create a redirect. For example, if your products URL is:
https://yourwebsite.com/shop/product-category/product-1/
This option lets you remove the “product-category” section from the URL, so the resulting URL becomes:
https://yourwebsite.com/shop/product-1/
