I have same issue with new or existing products. I can also not select file to add digital files to my product.
It is the free plugin causing the issue but i’ve tried disabling just the free one as I have the pro and it disables both which is frustrating.
I also confirmed disabling plugin fixed issue with woocommerce and i was actually in middle of some product updates last night when the free plugin updated and saw the issue immediately but didn’t realize what caused it until i got the notification of the plugin update.
Please fix ASAP or tell me how i can remove the free version of plugin without removing my data as i get that message when i go to delete plugin.

I have installed the WP Rollback plugin and rolled back the RankMath SEO plugin to the previous version until this issue is resolved. Everything is working normally now.
That sorted it for now, also need to disable auto-updates for anyone else reading this. Thanks Melissa š
