The problem is, that google is crawling all those pages, which account to more than 10.000 (but i only have 170 products and couple of pages and posts on the site).

You can define your rules in the robots.txt file and Google will honor the parameters mentioned there. To do that Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Edit robots.txt .

If the search result is also indexing, you can disable that by heading over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc pages
