What’s causing that, what should I do? – It is stuck in pending and will retry in a week.

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you please disconnect and reconnect your Google service? Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and click “Reconnect”. Please do ensure that all permissions are allowed for Rank Math to fully work on retrieving data from your Analytics. https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/
After doing so, try rebuilding the index, then manually deleting old imported data, and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps:
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page as well as your scheduled actions.Let us know how it goes. We are looking forward to helping you with this one.

I have just finished your step-by-step process, while ensuring the fetching data had finished successfully.
I have now rechecked my scheduled actions to run the failed WooCommerce Rank Math Database process, and it won’t budge from its initial schedule date to run on the 26th August.
I will do a follow up message here to let you know the result after it runs at the said time.

Thanks for waiting on me.
It kept failing, and rescheduling for always the next 3 days.
This isn’t actually causing any problems actually. But it’s also not a quick fix apparently – despite doing all your suggestions.
It’s on my bug log – a little bug list of small not-important issues that should not be forgotten, neither get in the way with more important matters.
The database action now is left in cancelled with no recurrence status.
I just want to follow back up with you guys to let you know nevertheless.

Update** I went back to check on the failed and held database issue – and it’s all completely gone. All completed and success, and nothing in cancelled or scheduled.
I think in terms of that – if this issue happens again – i wont cancel it, and we can go from there. How about that?

Correct – as it stands all items (293) are classed completed.
The cancelled task has disappeared.
