Make sure you have enabled WordPress debugging and it will write the error log into a file (and it will show in Rank Math’s settings as well – head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status > Error log). You may refer to this page here to enable WordPress debugging mode: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
After that go to /wp-content/ folder and inside it, you will find a file called debug.log.
If you are not sure, you may ask your hosting provider for the error logs and share it with us here.

btw it happened again overnight, all by itself. the categories page breaks, so then i go into the rankmath>general setting>woocommerce and then click save, and it fixes it.

Judging by the error, there are several functions that are deprecated which suggests that there are other plugins or your current theme is causing conflict with Rank Math. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide and let us know if you find the culprit: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Also, I noticed that there are a lot of plugins including Rank Math that are still running an old version. This could also be a reason why you are receiving errors. Please create a full backup of your website and attempt to update your plugins.

How does your plugin change the link paths? If by htaccess or wp config then I think that would probably be the issue because my security software will not allow writing to those two pages.

The tickets you have provided seem unrelated to this issue based on the error logs you have provided, and the login link you shared is also no longer working.
However, have you already followed my colleague’s advice above about updating your plugins since the error message says function is deprecated since version 3.0?

It is still not fixed but i have decided to disable remove base as woocommerce says that is not good practice. and yes, it is the same as in those tickets. those php errors have nothing to do with this issue.
