Woocommerce cart page issue with Rank Math installed

#934005
  • Hi,
I am working on a client’s website. When we have Rank Math installed and activated, there are boxes covering the details on the WooCommerce cart page so customers think their cart is empty. They are not able to complete checkout as a result. I updated everything to the most recent version and still have that issue. It’s a WordPress.com website using Amulet and blocks plus WooCommerce.
    This is the website: https://bracelettherapy.com/.
I am working on getting the code from Pastebin but it’s pending moderation.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

We’ve checked your site, but it seems that Rank Math is not activated at the moment.

Meanwhile, we have a similar case reported by another user where the theme adds those line breaks on the cart page when a description is not added to a page since it utilizes the get_the_excerpt filter.

However, the issue was fixed upon adding a description so you may try that as well for troubleshooting.

Let us know how this goes.

The products do have descriptions on them. Is that what you mean?
I can reinstall the plugin but it will limit our website accessibility while we are waiting for a response.

    Hello,

We meant that you try to add an SEO description to the cart page and check again.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
