Please turn this option off:
Noindex Search Results
That will do the trick and make your filtered and search pages indexable.
Please do note that 404 pages are set as noindex. So, if any page results in a 404, it will be automatically set as a noindex.

Just to be clear now I have in options:Noindex Search Results OFF and I want to stay as it, but I dont want to get index by google URL like:

I am sorry but if you want to make those type of pages noindex – then the option needs to be turned ON:
Noindex Search Results – ON
If they are still getting indexed, please add this text to your robots.txt file at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Edit robots.txt
User-agent: *
Disallow: */?min_price*
That will Disallow any URL that contains ?min_price in the URL.

Please share links to the actual pages in the sensitive data section so we can check.
Check the page’s source too, if there is a noindex tag, then give it some time to be removed from the index.
Also, the whole point of making paginated pages to be noindex is to make them lost all SEO. If that is not what you want to do, please do not noindex them.
