Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Right now those are the key optimizations we have found to be useful for most of the users, that is why we reduced them to just these ones. But if you feel like there should be another, let us know and we will suggest them to the developers.

Archive pages are like any other page you want to rank. For WooCommerce sites, these pages are mainly fighting for buyer keywords. It’s a good idea to be given a stronger chance for optimization. I don’t remember what was the expanded SEO checklist of these type of pages in the past but it provided awesome optimization.

The tests for category pages/posts keywords only involve the first keyword, which makes any additional keywords unnecessary.
Please note that category pages SEO is mostly dependent on the pages and posts in the category and not on the category page alone.
