    I have even Enable debug mode & try to check redirection but it’s redirect to home page.

    We apologize for the unexpected delay.

    Upon further investigating, it seems that you have an attachment with the same URL, and the Redirect Attachments option is enabled on your site. If you disable that option, the redirect is working fine.

    This issue leads to an attachment with the same URL, that’s why the redirect is not working. I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section.

    You’ll notice the file name of the image matches the old URL. Please reupload that image with a different file name and see if the redirect issue will be resolved.
