Hi
I tried several times to connect my RankMath account to Google Analytics/services. It doesn’t work.
This is for a subdomain of a multisite. I followed the instructions for connecting a subdomain but still doesn’t work.
I did install on the main domain without any issues. Domain URL is in sensitive data.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks for your help!

Also, I currently have Coming Soon / Maintenance mode enabled via Elementor. But, I did not have it active when trying to connect.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the plugin:
https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/Then, remove access to Rank Math from your Google account:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions?gar=1&pli=1

Then, try connecting with Google.
If the issue persists, please record a screencast using https://www.loom.com/ and share the link with us.
We look forward to helping you.
Still doesn’t work
This one goes black and cuts off the Loom recording. After it just stays a blank white screen. Nothing happens.

This one just goes back to the RankMath screen. Nothing gets connected.

Tried that. Disconnected everything. Reconnected but still does not work.
Hello,
Can you try repeating the reconnecting process using an incognito tab or in a different browser
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have tried every thing ask of me but still not working. I gave you access to the site last night. Please see the updated sensitive data for details.
ThanksHello,
It seems that your Rank Math plugin isn’t activated yet, thus, you can’t connect to your Google service as well.
I checked the activation link of your website and I noticed that the URL doesn’t match to your current website URL as you can see in my screenshot below:
Your WordPress General Settings currently doesn’t display the “WordPress Address (URL)” and the “Site Address (URL)” options like the screenshot below:
These two settings on your website should match. Kindly check this one with your WordPress Hosting provider.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
Hi again
Like I said in the first message of this thread, this is a Multisite. Those URL options in the General settings do not exist on a multisite. Therefore, this has nothing to do with this issue. At least, not if RankMath works on multisite.
RankMath says it works with multisite and I followed RankMath’s direction to install on Multisite. I need help fixing the issue with this multisite. I do not need directions to make it work on a regular website because this is a multisite.
Please just tell me if RankMath does not actually work on multisites. That’s ok, I would rather not spend time trying to make it work if it can not.
Also, this is not at all clear to me. So, I have no idea what it means, where you got it, or what to do about it – “I checked the activation link of your website and I noticed that the URL doesn’t match to your current website URL as you can see in my screenshot below:” followed by an image (please see your last message).
Although, it says ronboricua.com which is the primary site on the multisite so maybe it’s actually fine…?
If RankMath does work on multisite and with full understanding that this is a multisite, please look at the issue again. Please help fix the solution and provide guidance that is relevant to a multisite situation.
Thank you for your time and support. It is much appreciated as is the plugin.
Take care and have a great day!
Hello,
I apologize for the confusion.
The plugin should indeed work on multisite, and we have recently addressed the issue with our latest update with regards to connecting the plugin.
Kindly deactivate the plugin from the network and reactivate it from the specific subsite. Then, disconnect and reconnect Rank Math by heading over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
If that doesn’t help, we would like to ask for access to your network-level plugin settings page.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you on this one.
You already told me to do that. Didn’t work then and didn’t work this time. Since it takes a day to get another reply which tends to be the same as previous and ineffective replies, I deleted everything.
Then, I had a thought and decided to try it out. It worked. The solution was so simple.
Hello,
We apologize for the delay in our responses and I am glad that your issue has been resolved.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
