will www effect the site views

my site now open as domain.in and if i change it to open as http://www.domain.in then will it effect my views, because I am not getting views?
and If I change it, do I need to change rank math settings, for ex – [ General Setting >> links >> redirect orphan media ] , where my website is presently written as domain.in, do I need to change it in http://www.domain.in and on other places (settings) too …
