    didn’t work,

    I tried it with https://medics.com.co/atencion-medica=hola

    Hello,

You remove the trailing slash from the redirection and not the leading slash.

The leading slash is the first slash in the redirection and not the last one, so please try removing that instead and trigger the redirection again.

Hope this helps solve your issues.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
