The issue here is that the affected category pages don’t have any posts associated to them – meaning, they’re empty.

By default, Rank Math will always set that to noindex to avoid soft 404 or thin content.

However, since you wanted them indexed, we have gone ahead and disabled the option “Noindex Empty Category and Tag Archives” in Rank Math → Titles & Meta → Global Meta.

The category pages are now set to index:
